Rewards Program
Simple rules designed to make every qualifying visit count fairly.
Receive a $20 Birthday Reward. You must be an existing Hannah Nail Spa client who completed at least one paid visit before your birthday. Complete a qualifying visit on your birthday or within seven days afterward, and the reward will be added automatically.
A qualifying visit requires at least $45 in salon services after discounts, paid by the individual rewards member. Gift certificate purchases and gratuities do not count toward the $45 minimum.
After 5 qualifying visits, you earn $35 off one future salon service. The system counts qualifying visits and alerts our team automatically.
After 10 qualifying visits, you earn $65 off one future salon service. After the 10-visit reward is earned, a new rewards cycle begins.
Visits and spending cannot be combined with purchases made by friends, family members, or other customers.
Each completed appointment counts as one visit, regardless of the number of services received or the amount spent.
Rewards accounts, qualifying visits, and earned rewards are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.
Only one reward, coupon, special, or promotional discount may be used per visit. Tell our team about your reward before checkout.
Rewards have no cash value. Unused balances are not paid in cash or credit. Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or pay gratuities.
Visits are credited after services are completed and payment is received. The 5-visit reward does not reset your count; you continue progressing toward the 10-visit reward.
Hannah Nail Spa may verify qualifying visits and modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program when necessary.
Automatic tracking: Staff enters the salon service total at check-in. The system counts only eligible visits and displays reward alerts automatically.
